What a team effort in 6-1 victory
Before the game a simple question was asked to the team, what does it take to win hockey games? And they answer was what we all witnessed tonight. Win your battle's, backcheck, play your position and move the puck. Every single player stepped up to the plate.

Arguably that was one of the best team performances I have ever been a part of, the boy's showed up on time and completely dominated from the drop of the puck. Our breakout was in full effect and forward's backchecking led by our leading scorer #19 Pazzy who played the whole ice surface tonight and not only scored one of the prettiest goals so far but was in full Gretzky mode in trying to set up his teammates. #22 Cap was brilliant tonight scoring our first 2 goals on some Bobby Orr rushes finally getting rid of that monkey on his back (that would be me). A little history behind the nickname Cap, I coached Matt last year and as you can see he has that calming effect on his teammates he is somewhat of a father figure on the ice letting you try things that you might not normally try but when he's out there you know he'll always have your back a born leader. And that seems to be rubbing off on his partners on D #16 Matt is becoming more and more comfortable and his timing is incredible on the pinch. #55 Zack is turning into Chara in our own end where guys are afraid to stand in front of Andrew. Aiden and Grant are playing so smart covering Cap when he's on the rush. #34 Seba was flying tonight scoring 2 beauty goals that had dad beaming but more importantly created some chemistry with #71 Hall, they looked like the Sedin Twins out there moving the puck around. #71 Hall had an absolutely awesome game setting up 2 and scoring 1 but could have had more he was all over the ice and caused havoc to everyone on the other team his work ethic is infectious and amazing to watch. #97 Ozzy was snake bittin tonight but instead of sulking or Cherry picking he helped out on the back end backchecking and helping the D clear it out, it takes a special type of player to do what needs to be done instead of what he wants to do and Ozzy is that player. #87 Verbal had 2 incredible opportunities in front but bad luck and a nice save kept the puck out we all know that the flood gates will open soon enough as long as you keep working hard. #9 Bieber played forward tonight and didn't look out of place playing hard and clearing the puck every time it was on his wing. #28 Luke #8 Agostino and #6 Jack although left off the score board were unbelievable tonight doing all the things that although there's no glory they need to be done in order for someone else to shine covering a rushing D, standing in front of the net, digging in the corners and backchecking with a vengeance no team can succeed without these types of players.
