Dates

Registration for the 2023/24 season is open and will remain so while there are places available.

General

We offer a hockey program in five non-contact House League divisions and, where numbers warrant, non-contact Select teams.

Registrations will be accepted as space permits. Registration numbers are regulated by the Hamilton Minor Hockey Council. Parents are encouraged to register early to ensure placement and to assist the league with preparing evaluations, rosters and uniforms.

Players new to Chedoke Minor Hockey must submit a copy of a birth certificate. These should be emailed to [email protected].

Players transferring to Chedoke from another league may be asked to submit a Residential Move Form. Our Registrar will contact you if this is required.

More information can be found on the Hamilton Initiation Program web site or by emailing [email protected].

U21 players (born 2003-2005)
The Hamilton Minor Hockey Council offers a city-wide program for this age group.

There will be 1½ to 2 games per week, late Sunday and Monday nights. The season starts in October and ends in March.

The program is administered by the Hamilton Minor Hockey Council.

Goalies

In an effort to track goalie registrations, please register as a goalie using the Goalie Registration tabs by age group. Goalie positions will be shared if registrations exceed the number of teams in a division.

Chedoke will partner with Grainger and On Ice to provide goalie development sessions for our goaltenders.

Goalies who register for six sessions at either goalie school will get 50% of their fees refunded by Chedoke.

One parent/guardian of each player born in 2004 or later must complete this online course. It must be completed before November 1 or we will be unable to roster your player to a team. For more information and the course link, please see the Parents menu option.
