Was there ever a doubt
I hate to tell you I told you so but na na na na na na, I've said from day 1 that I really like our teams chances to play for the bantam championship. Player for player I always believed we had the best bunch of warrior's out of all 6 teams. And no other team has faced the adversity that we've faced.

I believe it's fair to say that we lost our best player for half the season due to injury (a selfish injury if you ask me I mean he wasn't even thinking of my win loss resume..lol) but our warrior's a little rattled at the start all pulled together and started filling the huge hole Matt left. We started winning games and even beat the Pen's twice without him not that that matters cause this is where it counts. But it is possible and we have done it.
As for the semi's we played a team who we've had trouble with all year they've had our number and it was truly frustrating knowing we're the better team but not showing up, well that all changed Sunday when in a must win situation we pulled together and played like the team we are great. Andrew was absolutely insane giving us every opportunity to win even using his head to knock the puck out of play. The coaches pick for assistant captain because of his tenacity and no quit attitude #71 Evan opened the scoring with goal mouth goal with #8 Agostino getting the helper. The knights went up 2-0 when #19 Pazzy potted one from some hard work and a beauty breakaway pass from #97 Ozzy. The Star's got one back off a cheesy goal mouth scramble to make it 2-1. But some great cycling of the puck and tough for checking from Ozzy #34 Seba was able to stuff in the loose puck to regain the 2 goal lead. The Star's made it 3-2 with what can only be described as a highlight reel goal I mean it really was a beauty. But too little to late as we were finally able to get that green monkey off our back. The game marked the return of #24 Matt who despite being out of game shape gave us a different look as once again everyone on the team felt the security blanket was back in the crib and confidence was oozing out of everyone. The season is far from over as the biggest game is still ahead and we all know that the Pen's will be coming out hard fast and motivated at least I hope so.
Parents we are going to need your help as I am extremely superstitious if anyone see's Jim and May can we please have them escorted out of the arena till the game is over...lol...
In all seriousness please bring your voices your clappers your pots and pans step on your cats tail whatever you can do to make some noise.
Go knights Go..
