Hello Novice Express Families....let's get our players active! While the weather is still somewhat decent, let's get our players outside exercising and shooting pucks. Take advantage while you can, burn off some energy and build some strength and stamina.
We hit the ice next weekend for the beginning of our season and it is my hope that the players are ready and in shape to play hard and last for a full game.
GET OUT - GET ACTIVE!
