Novice Express, Select, 2017/18 (Chedoke Minor Hockey)

It is important to keep our players active between ice times.  Downtime is required, but please ensure that our players are keeping fit and doing activities on a regular basis. Walk the dog Go for a jog Do exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, etc.) Shoot pucks (in the basement or driveway) Work with stick (stick-handling practice) Etc. We have a lot of season ahead of us and it is important that we stay fit and active because conditioning is going to be extremely important. Coach Bryson

Way to go EXPRESS! Congratulations to our Novice Express for their incredible resilience and determination which resulted in a championship at our home tournament!!! Our record in the tournament was 4-1 and we pulled off a victory in the championship game against a tough Whitby team that had not lost a game all season. We are so proud of our players! Coach Bryson
