Canadiens, Peewee, 2016/17 (Chedoke Minor Hockey)

Great game today guys!  There was good defensive coverage, strong positional play, good neutral zone transition, and excellent use of the F1 F2 and F3 positions.  Strong D and back checking was also done well.  Almost just like we practiced!   Playoffs begin next weekend, and all your hard work and effort are going to pay off this year guys!  You are playing as a team and communicating well out there.  We will amp that up a notch as well begin our play off charge. Great Game on the Weekend Team!  There were lots of chances, good follow up to the net and we were all over the rebounds!  That's the pressure that we have been talking about.  Solid defence and back checking kept the odd man rushes to a minimum and the D was looking and aware of those stretch passes.  Solid goal tending with much improved break outs kept play in our end to minimum and helped our offence work their magic.  Well done team!  We will work on a few more things in practice on Saturday, which is at 7am on Saturday.  See you then
