Dryland Training

Location: Allison Park - Corner of Kettlepoint Drive and Piano Drive, Hamilton ON
This dryland triaining session will include physical activity which will include but not be limited to:
running, jumping, footwork drills, etc.
Please have player wear running shoes, bring their water bottle and dress according to the conditions on the day (this will be an outside dryland training).
