Welcome everyone to the Website for the 2025 Hamilton Minor Hockey Council's City House League Playdowns official Website
Follow this site closely during the tournament that runs from March 16 to 22, 2025
After its return last season, the City Playdowns is an exciting one week tournament that matches the division champions from each of the following Associations against each other to name a city House League Champion in each age group.
Ancaster Minor Hockey
Chedoke Minor Hockey
Coronation Minor Hockey
Dofasco Minor Hockey
Lawfield Minor Hockey
Rosedale Minor Hockey
Teams in each age group will be placed into 1 of 2 Pools for Round Robin Play.
After the first day, in each pool the teams will be ranked from 1 to 3, with the 1st place team earning a bye into the semi-finals and the 2nd and 3rd place teams from each pool squaring off against each other in Quarter-Final action.
All teams are guaranteed to play a minimum of 3 games in the tournament.
The Championship games will be played at the Chedoke Twin Pad Arena on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
