Major Novice Half-ice Select Jamboree
Registration will now be accepted for Major Novice Half-ice Select at the Winter Classic.
With the new rules regarding Major Novice Select from Alliance Hockey, the following will be the format for the 2019 Chedoke Winter Classic in this division:
The Major Novice Division will be run as a half ice jamboree. There will be 2 games played simultaneously on the ice between the 2 teams (if each team has 2 goalies), with 1 official and scores will not be kept.
Divisions will consist of 4 or 5 teams.
In a 4 team division, each team will play each other once, and then we will have 2 finals pitting teams of equal skill level against each other (4 games guaranteed)
For a 5 team division, each team will play a full round robin against each other team in the division (4 games guaranteed for each team).
