This year's tournament runs from Friday December 28 to Sunday December 30.
The Alliance Tournament Sanction # is 19-033.
The entry fee is $900.00. There are no gate fees.
Multi-team Discounts
Registration rebates are available to associations which send three or more teams to the tournament.
- Associations which enter three to five teams will receive a $25.00 rebate per team.
- Associations which enter six or more teams will receive a $50.00 rebate per team.
Each team must submit the full fee and any rebates will be paid by cheque to the team at the tournament.

In order to participate in the Chedoke Winter Classic, your team must be one of the following:
House League Select, House League Red, AE3, AE4, AE5, C, D, E.
Teams not permitted to participate include:
AE1, AE2, MD Teams, Tournament Teams.

The following are required from each team
- Payment of the tournament registration fee. Payment may be made online by PayPal, Interac e-Transfer or by cheque. If by cheque, the deadline is November 30 after which payment online or e-Transfer is required.
- A certified team roster from the governing body of your association (Alliance, OMHA, etc).
- A signed travel permit from your association / governing body.
- A completed tournament roster form with team staff and players first and last names, player positions and jersey numbers. A link to complete this online will be emailed to each team.
