Notes
Well, we were certainly fired up for this one. We played two beautiful periods of hockey. And while we unraveled for the last 5 minutes of the 3rd, we are definitely heading in the right direction leading into a big game against the Rangers. We scored 2 on the PP and allowed nothing on the PK. Great stuff! Rillo and Kozak led the way against the 99ers. Both fantastic, on offence and defence! Hicks was called upon when we were short and showed his great strength. Mackness set up Baker for a beauty. McNally was often a threat on the cycle, and Igneski supported his D with a great recovery at the offensive blue line. 50/50 x2: Grandma Laengerer
