Mary Lou Carrigan - 1952-2026
The Hamilton Minor Hockey community are mourning the loss of Mary Lou Carrigan at the age of 72.


Mary Lou served as President and as a volunteer for over 30 years in Hamilton, where her leadership and commitment resulted in outstanding contributions to the Hamilton Minor Hockey Council. 


Mary Lou was the first female President of both Coronation Minor Hockey and the Recreation Hockey League. She was a member of the Hockey Council and was a founding executive member of the Hamilton Minor Hockey Initiation Program. 

Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 48 years, her children and her grand children.

All members of the Chedoke Minor Hockey League community (parents, players, coaches and Executive) wish to extend our condolences to Mary Lou's family for their loss.
