The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Chedoke Minor Hockey League will take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Chedoke Room at Chedoke Arena.
As per the Constitution of the Chedoke Minor Hockey League:
1. The membership of CMHL shall consist of:
a. All current members of the Board of Directors
b. Members of those committees appointed and approved by the Board or the Executive
c. The Head Coach of any team
d. Other approved volunteers
e. Families with one or more registered players who are in good standing
2. A member in good standing shall include a parent or guardian of a child or children currently registered with CMHL and other individuals who are not in arrears of any financial obligation to the league or under suspension or disciplinary action.

Year End Reports will be forwarded from the executive for review and discussion.
At this year's general meeting, the following Executive positions will be up for election:
VP Junior House League - 2 year term
VP Jr Select - 2 year term
VP Committees - 2 year term
Secretary - 2 year term
Director of Registration - 2 year term
To be nominated for any position on the Chedoke Executive, you must have been a member of the Chedoke Minor Hockey League for a minimum of one season.

[email protected] prior to the General Meeting
All nominated candidates can confirm their nomination. Nominations will then be opened from the floor at the General Meeting.
Once all nominees are confirmed, then each will have a chance to make a 2 minute speech to those present. All votes for all positions shall be by secret ballot.
