Vaccination Policies

Vaccination Policy

 

Proof of COVID-19 immunization is required for all vaccine eligible participants (12 years of age and above and unless exempted) including players, coaches, officials, staff and volunteers.

 

Eligible participants will require proof of having received their first dose by September 17, 2021 and be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021.

Exemptions can be applied for through the website.

 

Parents and guardians entering the arena must also show proof of double vaccination. Each time you arrive at the arena, please show your proof of double vaccination and photo ID.
