Midget Playoffs
The regular season in Midget has concluded and Round 1 of the playoffs is set to begin on Sunday January 14. The full schedule for Round 1 has been posted HERE.

We are using a new format this year in Midget that we think will be exciting!

Round 1 of the playoffs will be a full round-robin of every team playing each other (i.e. 7 total games each). At the conclusion of Round 1, the standings from those playoff games will be used to create two conferences - the Campbell Conference and the Wales Conference.

The Campbell Conference will consist of the teams that finish 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th. The Wales Conference will consist of the teams that finish 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th.

Round 2 of the playoffs will be a double round-robin within each conference with each team playing each other twice within the conference (i.e. 6 total games each).

The teams that finish 1st in each conference will advance to the Championship game on Super Saturday.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Notes:

1) You may have noticed there were some labels/placeholders on the original Round 1 schedule referencing the teams regular season positions. Every team is still playing every other in Round 1, but the actual order of the matchups that have now been posted are different from those initial labels. This was necessary to balance out the number of games each team will play over the course of the season.

2) The two games on the green rink on Sunday January 14 at 8:30pm and 9:30pm are exhibition games and do not count towards the playoff standings.
