Ken McGinley Memorial

House League staff

Awarded annually to the House League staff that demonstrate excellent sportsmanship. Ken coached at Chedoke for several years and many players were fortunate to have played for him. It was his philosophy that hockey was a team sport and all players were a valuable member of that team. Ken always spoke to each player in the dressing room before and after the game making each one feel as if they were an NHL star.

Tim and Carroll Myles have been a foundation at Chedoke Minor Hockey for years. Tim and Carroll strive for their players to work hard and play fair every week. The coaching staff has a reputation that in victory or defeat, their teams always show respect for their opponent. Congrats Tim and Carroll!

The Midget Flyers staff are wonderful coaches who are positive, kind and encouraging. Having Jeff, Rob and Anthony as coaches has been great. They motivate our team, teach them and encourage their best play but more importantly, excellent sportsmanship and the importance of being a team player.
