CLINIC INFORMATION
CMHL volunteer positions require attendance and successful completion of specific clinics prior to any interaction with hockey players. First year personnel will be allowed on the bench until December 31 as long as proof of clinic registration can be shown. Clinics are free to all CHML volunteers and are fully subsidized by the CMHL.
- TDC Clinic Schedule - Chedoke Minor Hockey League personnel must attend clinics in Hamilton where possible. Those chosing to attend an out of town clinic will be personally responsible for any costs incurred.
- TDC Clinic Application - Applications must be completed and submitted prior to the indicated registration cut-off date for each clinic. Applications can be mailed or dropped off at the Chedoke Minor Hockey League office. You will contacted by the Chedoke TDC Representative only when both your enrolment and the clinic as scheduled have been confirmed. You will receive a clinic information sheet with your name on it and it will be posted at the arena bulletin board. Please note, this information sheet may be used to confirm your enrolment during registration on the clinic day. Click here to access the application in a format that can be edited and emailed.

POLICE CHECK INFORMATION
CMHL volunteer positions require submission of a Vulnerable Sector Screening check from the Hamilton Police. This must include the Criminal Record Check for Sexual Offences. We will accept screenings dated within the last three calendar years. Those with a screening more than one calendar year old will be required to sign a waiver certifying there have been no changed to the initial screening.
Click here to access the Vulnerable Sector Screening form. Please ensure you check the box requesting the Criminal Record Check for Sexual Offences. You may request a letter from your Divisional Vice-President certifying you are applying for this screening for a volunteer position. This letter entitles you to obtain the screening at the lower price of $15. If you wish to be reimbursed for this cost you must submit your receipt to the CMHL Treasurer.
